Gravity Falls Decoder

Tired of having to write out the alphabet at the end of every episode? Now you don't have to with the Gravity Falls Decoder! Equipped for both Atbash and Caesarian shift (instructions for which is which is encoded).

I'd upload a picture of a finished version, but I don't have a camera. You're all smart cookies, you can figure out how to construct it.

EDIT: Figures by the time I get this up they change to a new code. If anyone wants me to add the new code to the wheel let me know, but it is pretty basic. I doubt anyone won't figure it out.
